The philosophy behind the code is simple - to encourage Infoscion to dress in a manner befitting professionals and to ensure that Infoscion are comfortable wearing formal business attire which is a fundamental requirement when interacting with customers.

Infoscions will be required to adhere to the dress code listed below:
1. On Mondays, Tuesdays and other formal dress days (as indicated by circulars from time to time)

All Infoscion are expected to be dressed in business formals.

o For Gentlemen:

Business formals would mean full-sleeved shirts, formal trousers, formal leather

shoes and ties. Slippers and sandals are strictly prohibited.

Please note that ties are not to be removed once you enter the campus.

o For Ladies:

Ladies must be appropriately dressed in sarees, salwar/churidar kameezes or

western formals.

2. Wednesdays and Thursdays

o For Gentlemen:

Half-sleeved formal shirts can be opted for but formal trousers and formal shoes

are a must.

o For Ladies:

The Monday Dress code continues for ladies.

Wearing jeans and T-shirts Monday through Thursday is not appropriate.

3. Fridays

o Infoscion may opt to wear Jeans, T-shirts, and sports shoes. Slippers and

sandals are strictly prohibited (even on Fridays).

Please note that a fine of Rs. 200/- will be levied for all dress code violations. Security at

the gate and at the entrance of all buildings have been advised to record the names and

employee numbers of those Infoscion who violate the dress code at the entry point and

within the Infosys campus.

Department Heads and Managers have also been advised to actively enforce the dress code for

ladies and gentlemen.
